Race 7 Pukekohe, 18 February

 

Lincoln King

While Aquacade was impressive, the run of this Wellington Cup winner was also. He was held up at a vital stage and when out, ran the fastest last 200 metres and in a fast race. He is right on track for the Auckland Cup at $12.

Race 2 Cambridge Synthetic, 16 February

 

Rusavy

After getting back on the inner, he closed off nicely with the best closing sectionals after also being held up in the last 100 metres.

 

 

Race 5 New Plymouth, 17 February

 

Liquid Les

After chasing a fast pace, he was under a ride before the turn but was brave to fight on for second. Over 1600 metres, third up, looks ideal for him.

 

 

Race 9 Ascot Park, 18 February

 

Go Lotte

She closed off in the best sectionals and looks like 1600 metres will suit now. She has been finishing off her races well without much luck.

 

 

Race 3 Pukekohe, 18 February

 

Cool Change

After settling back, improved wide without cover and fought on very strongly for third. The sectionals were still very good considering the tough run and he will be hard to beat next up, over more ground.
