From a teen living in the streets, to now a Gr.1 winning trainer, Bill Pomare has turned his life around through his involvement in the racing industry. Maori Television caught up with Bill and his wife Suzie at their home in Rotorua to see what it takes to breed, own and train a Gr.1 winner in Ocean Billy, and what it means to represent being Māori within the industry.
