Prowess Race 3 Cambridge 14 September 

She certainly justified her short price and put them away with ease running a very sharp last 200m in 11.86. She relaxes well and has an excellent turn of foot, and is equal favourite for the 1000 Guineas. She can only improve with that win.

Pinkerton Race 8 Otaki 15 September

In an on-pace race, where he settled well at the rear, he dashed home for third money in the best closing sectionals of the race. He needs more ground and should be hard to beat when he gets it.

Real Slim Tradie Race 8 Taupo 16 September

The way he came home in the fastest sectionals of the race for third, indicates he is in for a good season. He has run some excellent sectionals previously, and when he draws well, can be very hard to beat.

Chajaba Race 5 New Plymouth 17 September

For a horse racing well out of his class, he ran a terrific race for third running the equal best last 200m. When he drops back to R75 grade, he will find it much easier.

Seriously Race 5 Riccarton 17 September 

He motored home for third in the quickest sectionals of the race. With two runs to get him ready, he looks like he can strike next up.
