Summary: “True Blessing having 4th trial in consecutive months led up a small field, rider became unbalanced shortly after start before recovering, winner of heat Royce Roca sat 2nd throughout ridden out late to win heat, Pretty Good made little impression on leaders with Garnet working home strongly after being taken hold of at the jump.

Summary: “Fastest of the 3x700m trials of the morning, Prince Of Brooklyn filly jumped fast to lead, travelled comfortably before coming off bit in the straight, stuck on gamely in 2nd. Winner of heat. The Bold One colt stepped fairly, settled rearwards and picked up ground nicely stretching out over concluding stages with an edge on his rivals, impressive trial.

Redwood gelding struggled early before finishing off in 2nd, prefer to see on dry track.
