Ellerslie 8^th September

HELSINKI is a Savabeel filly to watch out for when she gets back to the races. As a two-year-old, she had no luck in the Karaka Million, but a second spring trial win at Ellerslie sent a strong message that she will soon make amends.

Foxton 8^th September

BONHAM spread-eagled her rivals with an easy win over 850m at Foxton. The Per Incanto filly is rated highly by her trainers Johno Benner and Holly Wynyard and won’t be a maiden for long.

KITTY CUGAT had things under control throughout her 1000m trial at Rangiora. Trainer Terri Rae has her entered for the New Zealand 1000 Guineas, so a quick show of raceday form looks next on the road to the Riccarton classic.
