YOURPOINT: The Jamie Richards-trained gelding looked the goods winning on debut last summer but needed time out to grow into himself. He’s had that opportunity and judging by his Te Teko trial on Tuesday, he’s now ready for what’s ahead.

SINARAHMA: Already the winner of five of her 14 starts, Sinarahma looked on target for another rewarding campaign when hitting the line just a couple of lengths off the winner in her 1000m heat.

KUDOS DE SOTHYS: Kevin and Pam Hughes have a likely sort in Darci Brahma three-year-old Kudos de Sothys. He wasn’t extended in winning his 850m heat and should have learnt a lot from the experience.
