Due to the 1600m starting point being unavailable for the 6 September meeting both races scheduled for that distance have been altered to 1400m. A R75 1200m ($18,500) has been added to the Avondale programme as an 8^th race. Furthermore, a Mdn 1600m ($25,000) has been added to the Ruakaka meeting on Saturday 9 September.
